Choose what you'd like by midnight Wednesday and magically have all of your products appear in time for dinner. Delivering Friday afternoon/early evening, you can select from seasonal breads and pastries. Ordering should be in by midnight Wednesday for Friday delivery.
Slow Burn focuses on local products whenever possible. Utilizing Maine Grains and King Arthur Flours, locally grown vegetables, and hand-made Maine or specialty imported cheeses is what makes our products unique and delicious.

Planning a nice meal? Just enjoy fresh locally made bread regularly? Place your order 2 days before and receive your products delivered right to your door in the early evening! Freshly made that day for you to enjoy with your dinner.

Delivering within a 15 mile radius on Fridays will bring quality hand-made, wood-fired products to your family without having to leave the comfort of home. A small delivery fee of 5 dollars will be included with your order.

Sometimes you're in the mood for a crusty loaf. Sometimes you really want that soft pillowy yeasted bun. We don't discriminate. There's space in my heart for both so keep your eyes peeled for your favorite!
Hand Stretched flatbreads
Naturally leavened. Locally sourced ingredients.
In the summer season look out for the FIRST FRIDAY of the month meal deliveries! We'll feature a 12" flatbread, seasonal salad, and a sharing cake. The menu is a la carte, so choose some or all of our meal menu items. Don't worry! Our regular menu items will be available as well. Slow Burn's ingredients are locally sourced or even hand grown on premises!

Often we'll feature a slice of cake! Choose to share... or don't! I won't tell if you won't! Custom specialty occasion cakes can be ordered as well.

Dense beans, grains, and locally grown vegetables as an accompaniment or the main star of dinner! 100% vegetarian often vegan. Look out for our salad offerings monthly first Fridays along with seasonal flatbreads and sharing cakes through the summer.
